One can no more visit Brazil in one trip than visit the United States in one trip. To whet your appetite for more, here are seven days of Brazil tours for the traveler with a tight schedule. Your Brazil travel starts in Rio de Janeiro, a sophisticated metropolis of cultural riches, divine cuisine and beautiful white sand beaches. You’ll visit the city’s most famous landmarks by day, spending your evenings living it up and Brazilian style. Then you’ll spend three days on the sublime Costa Verde where the country’s most beautiful beaches are located, in and around the picturesque town of Paraty. Here waterfalls and gorgeous white sand beaches will provide the scenery for your hiking and biking adventures intermingled with relaxing swims and snorkeling. You’ll return home wanting more but with some indelible memories of paradise.

On your arrival at Rio de Janeiro’s international airport, your English-speaking guide will meet you and transport you to your hotel. After checking in, you will be taken to the city’s most famous attraction, the massive statue of Christ the Redeemer that stands with arms outstretched atop Corcovado Mountain in the PM, start your Corcovado Tour: You will leave the Hotel and visit the Corcovado mountain which has been Rio’s top attraction widely sung by famous Brazilian composers. Tour will leave the hotel riding along the beaches of Rio and taking the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas (lagoon) will reach the Rebouças tunnel, a 2.6 km long complex that links the southern and northern parts of the city cut in half by the Tijuca ridge that makes Rio the only city in the world to have a National Park 5 minutes from downtown. Reaching the Cosme Velho district, tour members will take a cogwheel train of Swiss manufacture that climbs the mountain from its base at 15 mts to almost its summit at 670 mts. After a free morning and lunch on your own, you’ll travel to famous Sugar Loaf Mountain with your bilingual guide. in the PM, start your Sugar Loaf Tour: After lunch, You will ride through Rio's beautiful architectonic monuments, visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, and ascend the twin peaks by a series of venturing cable car rides. The Sugar Loaf, known world over as Rio’s postcard and a must to visit. Since the best time of the day to go up the cable car is later in the day tour will close at the Sugar Loaf. Sugar Loaf is reached on a two-stage cable car ride. This cable car, in operation is of Italian manufacture and takes 80 persons per trip on a 2-minute ride, each stage. The first stage, Morro da Urca - barely 170 mts high, has a restaurant, amphitheater, a helipoint for scenic rides and a privileged view of the Yacht Club and Botafogo Bay. The second stage takes one up to the Sugar Loaf - thus named because of the loaves of sugar that were commonly used by the Portuguese at the time of the discovery of the city. The all-encompassing view of this privileged 270-meter high lookout is unrivaled. This is the only site where one will have a full view of Copacabana beach. In the evening, a night-guide will accompany you to experience Brazilian music and dance at Rio Scenarium. This atmospheric hot spot is a favorite with Brazilians and visitors on Rio de Janeiro tours who love the three floors of entertainment. Live bands play Brazil’s popular music genres, samba and chorinho below, and upstairs, a DJ plays a variety of Brazilian music. From your hotel, you’ll be picked up at 08:30 am for the four-hour drive south to start your next Brazil tours on the famed Costa Verde. On arrival in the serene seaside hamlet of Paraty, you will be transported to your hotel to check in. After lunch on your own you’ll take an afternoon walking tour on Paraty. Paraty is a colonial town with an original architecture and definition forming a complete architectonic style from the XVIII century. Nowadays though, UNESCO considers Paraty to represent one of the world’s mos t important examples of colonial architecture, and the entire city enjoys the status of a national monument. The city tour is inside of the historical center on foot through the narrow cobbled stones streets, the pax will be able to appreciate its decorated walls and old houses and the history which our guide will introduce in a simple and clear way. Besides that, there are interesting places to visit such as churches, museums, Culture Center as well as old houses and a variety of artist workshops and galleries. Our guide will meet the paxs at the hotel to start the tour. Upon finishing our guide could leave them at the hotel again. Bike tour – Optional Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you’ll be picked up at your hotel for a HD Trindade beach - no lunch. Trindade is a fishing village located next to Serra da Bocaina National Park. This is where French and English pirates hid when they could not enter Paraty due to the seven defensive forts surrounding the city. Begin with a visit to Capilho Beach --a beautiful place for surfing. Next, you will visit the three main beaches of Trindade: Rancho’s Beach, Meio’s Beach and Cachadaco’s Beach. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and snap a few pictures after your swim, walk back to the van or minibus. Please note: Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, sunscreen, hat and bottled water. OPTIONAL Tour Praia do Sono – SIB (minimum 04 pax) after breakfast, you’ll be picked up at your hotel with accompanying guide to the condominium where Laranjeiras begins the trail that leads to the beach of Sleep. (Approx 30 min). Start of the walk, the trail lasts approximately one hour, through the preserved area of the rainforest and the APA's Cairuçu (Environmental Protection Area). The route can be observed different types of vegetation, bir ds, water springs, scenic spots, and at the end of the trail to the Praia do Sono the caiçara village surrounded by beautiful greenery, white sands and crystal clear waters. We also know the habitat and habits of Caiçaras, fishing families, making their canoes, and sewing handmade fishing nets as well as the homes of wattle and daub. Lunch will be served in a rustic restaurant overlooking the sea, to enjoy a fish caught in time. For the more adventurous the trail continues, after a further 20 minute walk, through excellent vantage point for photography, we ate at the Old Beach, completely deserted. Return to Praia do Sono, rest under the shade of a Amendoeira. After bathing in the sea will visit a waterfall (a few meters from the beach) with its natural swimming pool to cool off in and remove the salt from the body, and prepare us for the return by the same trail. After breakfast, check out at your hotel in Paraty. You’ll be driven back to Rio de Janeiro in a regular transfer at 08:30 am, and check in to your hotel for your last night in Rio. Overnight at the hotel in Rio.
